Create Scheduled Campaign Reports

You can set up MoEngage Campaign Reports to be delivered directly to your email inbox on a recurring schedule. This ensures you receive timely performance insights without manual effort. Automated reports help you consistently monitor campaign performance, track key metrics without manual effort, and share insights efficiently with stakeholders.

Schedule Campaign Reports

1. On the left navigation menu in the MoEngage dashboard, click Settings > Analytics.
2. Scroll to REPORT SETTINGS.
   
3. Select a time to receive the report.
4. Select the delivery method: Email and/or REST API.
   The REST API enables you to retrieve report data, allowing for seamless integration with your internal dashboards, business intelligence tools, or data warehouses for advanced analysis.
5. Enter the email addresses where you want to receive the report. For users who need to download reports directly to their server, MoEngage provides a REST API. For more information, refer to the Daily Campaign Report API.
6. Click Save. The report is now scheduled.
