Merlin AI Studio

Overview

The Merlin AI Studio serves as the centralized hub for utilizing MoEngage’s Generative AI features. It’s designed to simplify your workflow by consolidating all AI agents into one intuitive interface.

Navigation

To access an agent from the Merlin AI Studio page, perform the following steps:

1. In the top navigation bar of the MoEngage dashboard, click Merlin AI Studio. The Merlin AI Studio landing page opens, featuring all available AI Agents and a gallery of example templates.
2. From the landing page, click an agent or a template to begin using it.

AI Agents Hub

The first section on the landing page serves as a hub for all AI Agents, providing direct access to the start pages of each individual agent. Click an agent to immediately begin generating your assets based on specific instructions (for example, copies, designs, segmentation filters, or Jinja code).

Copywriter

The Copywriter is designed to quickly generate promotional and transactional message copy. It allows marketing teams to maintain brand consistency while creating large volumes of personalized campaign content. For more information, refer here.

Designer

The Designer streamlines the creation of visual assets for marketing campaigns. By converting text prompts into complete images, it significantly reduces the time required to source or design campaign banners. For more information, refer here.

Merlin AI Designer now supports 5 NEW aspect ratios through Merlin AI Studio, enabling the seamless creation of visual assets tailored for every major marketing and advertisement channel:
